What is a Service Bureau and do I need one?

A Service Bureau allows you to provide professional tax software and support to other tax preparers (sub-offices or EROs) under your authority. You earn revenue share on every return filed through your bureau. It's the fastest way to scale a tax business beyond just preparing returns yourself.
Do I need experience to get started?

No prior experience required for the Starter package. We provide all the training materials and onboarding support you need to launch successfully. The Elite package does require an active EFIN (Electronic Filing Identification Number).
How quickly can I start using the software?

Once your purchase is complete, you'll receive instant access to your dashboard and onboarding materials. Most clients are fully set up and ready to file returns within 48-72 hours.

What's the difference between Starter, Pro, and Elite?

Starter ($899/yr) — Best for new tax professionals. Includes Service Bureau license, ERO recruitment, software access, and basic onboarding.

Pro ($1,499/yr) — For growing bureaus. Adds a full dashboard, PTIN + ERO recruitment, marketing system, training webinars, and dedicated onboarding.

Elite ($2,499/yr) — Top tier with 100% revenue share, full bureau authority, white-label marketing, leadership training, and priority support. EFIN required.
Can I upgrade my package later?

Yes! You can upgrade from Starter to Pro or Elite at any time. We'll prorate your existing subscription and only charge you the difference.
Is there a refund policy?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your package in the first 30 days, contact us and we'll work with you to make it right.
